Great song and fantastic solo. Sounds like Doug’s lead style sneaked in there, especially at 04:08. 🤘 By that I mean the lick’s rhythm and the way the phrases resolve.
This vocalist and song style reminds me a lot of a socal band that also has an AIC sound, they had some great tracks out, vudu fly https://vudufly.com/music . Not sure they are active anymore.

Sounds great. I think it’s very close to something that could be played on Sirius XM Octane. One thing… sounds like it was mixed by a guitarist. lol Find a song that sounds somewhat similar and put it on a track for comparison. Mix to match the sound of the model. That would make an amazing difference to the overall sound. Bottom line… awesome job so far.
