02:00 Hey Kiko, creating a solo through repetitive improvisation works but is not the best way to compose a solo, as repetitive improvisation takes a lot of time and is essentially using trial and error. The best way is to use a paper and pencil and actually Compose the solo deliberately. So the mystery is, why do basically all modern musicians use this trial and error technique of improvisation to create their solos or songs when it would be so much faster and usually achieves a better result if they used the more disciplined and thoughtful way of deliberate composition by writing the solo out note by note on paper, not noodling the solo out on the instrument itself.
