hope they keep it up there.

It seems that there won’t be a problem.  I received a notice that I’m eligible for revenue sharing with the copyright holder.  I don’t monetize my videos so it doesn’t apply.  Let ’em keep all advertising revenue.  They deserve it, I don’t.

Wow that stage show is really amazing. For the guitar solo.. awesome that it is played so well, on the other hand, would be great to hear a fresh version (most fans would probably revolt).

The ticket price.. omg. Does the seat come with a free pair of leather pants..

That’s sorta like changing the solo to “Stairway to Heaven”… imho.  I don’t know how it could be improved!  I have listened to it hundreds of times and memorized each note by ear to sing along. Its iconic to me personally just like Comfortably Numb is and his other work on the best 3 albums… Dsotm, wywh and the wall…. before and after were never as strong.
I have heard Snowy White play that sitting in and some other guitarists and they changed it abit but that version Doug shot has to be the most accurate with all of Gilmours nuiances and accuracy… I was loving it.

Well, they could extend the song and have the album solo, and a new solo following. Since I’m so used to seeing local blues guys, who play different solos over standard blues songs, I guess I’m used to hearing new versions. I guess most fans want to see the original/authentic solo remade perfectly. As it’s one of the favorite solos of all time.. maybe best to keep the entire song authentic.

I looked up the political bit. Regardless of the political message, just in terms of artistic presentation, just, wow. Wow, what an amazing show.
